Chick-fil-A was launching Play — a kids' content app. We built the strategy and produced the original films, distributed inside the walled garden and on YouTube. Year one: 1 million downloads, past their target. 3.4M views across both platforms. The assignment wasn't "make videos." It was "give the app a reason to open."
